visa alla recensionerShe was amazing! I’m not a beginner to Yoga, but this is definitely a beginner friendly class. Her voice is so soothing and she is very detailed on each pose so if you don’t know the names of the poses, she walks you through it. This was a beautiful flow. Starts off slow and relaxing and in the middle it becomes a little more fast pace, but she walks you through it and then it goes right into yin. I would rate her 10 stars if I could.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

There was no individualized attention to form or function, so please know your own modifications to keep you safe. As an older person, I felt the music was too loud, but that just could be me. Overall, the class was detoxifying, enjoyable & beneficial for the physical & emotional bodies.

The class was like a fusion of sound meditation and gentle stretches. She came around and made sure evrruone was comfortable and in the correct positions. I am excited to try out the other classes!

It was, hands down, the funnest yoga class I've ever taken - I loved every single bit of it! Sharon's teaching style is engaging, informative, and inspiring. She expertly guided us through each chakra, sharing her vast knowledge and introducing me to new mantras, including the beautiful Lotus Flower. Her passion and energy are contagious! The class was both challenging and nurturing, leaving me feeling flabbergasted and beaming with a super grin happy face! If you're looking for a unique and transformative yoga experience, look no further!
