Was a very gorgeous balance between fun and playful movement / breath work and some deeper intrinsic moments. I would recommend this workshop / spiritual experience to all. visa alla recensionerI had been in such a funk the last three weeks I hadn’t done any classes. Normally I work Saturdays but I happened to have this one off so I forced myself to go. This class is Paul-Ho was beautiful, the flow was gentle and smooth, it offered places to reach farther towards my edge, it offered depth and energy but also rest and stillness. I’m so disappointed I work Saturdays I would love to come every week! 🙏🏼😭

Kayla was super friendly, helpful, professional, and great at giving instructions during her flow. She was helpful with offering assistance when needed. She was a sub tonight but I would have thought that was her class the way she commanded her gentle flow into my life. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 would take her class again.
