visa alla recensionerThis is one of the best meditation yoga session I attended as I cannot be still for more than an hour. The high ceiling helps and I could see the beautiful clouds and sun. Louise is energetic, caring and loving! She helped every single attendees and attentive to their needs. She kept coming to remind me for not tilting my head to one side which I greatly appreciate. Emma who assisted the class is very helpful too. I love Louise’s powerful and nurturing voice. 90 minutes passed by so quickly. I would definitely visit when I am in London. If all wellness practitioners have their love and energy, there will be more attendees who will join meditation classes.
