    Such a great workout! As a first timer I’ve loved it and I’ll go back for sure. It’s such a different experience from any other workout, it’s weird and awesome at the same time. Ilia has been a great instructor and I look forward to go back.

    First time trying Barre, liked it. Worked up a good sweat, had a full body workout, great stretch, and a nice variety of resistance training. The instructor was great! It seemed like she could teach the class in her sleep. Music was a little loud to hear over, but not gonna knock off a star for that. Sometimes I like it loud and pumped, just had a little trouble following as the first class. Overall, good experience!

    HIIT + Recovery

    Cheers to the most fun HIIT class. Wendy is so positive and encouraging and fosters such a supportive exercise space. We were all breathing deeply into the cardio, ab+ glute work etc. together. Tuesday night with Wendy is where it is at.
