visa alla recensionerI look forward to this class every week. Rose is one of the most fierce instructors I've experienced. She helps me take my practice to new levels every single week. Her style of instruction keeps me in my flow, clears the mental blocks, and has had a wonderful impact on my physical health and personal strength. She builds the heat throughout the practice, but she does it in a way that works for all levels of practice. Her humor, affirming mantras and delivery, bring a smile to my face, even as I'm trying to hold Warrior 3, again! Take a class with Rose, and your body will eventually thank you!!

That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!
