visa alla recensionerOh my goodness! The experience I had in Kiya’s class today was simply incredible. The movements were challenging, but they were also incredibly fun. I felt a deep connection with my body and the music. The playlist was absolutely fantastic, with every song being a 10 out of 10. From the moment I entered the studio to the moment I left, I felt completely immersed in the music and the energy of the class. The instructor had a warm and welcoming presence, and the studio was clean and inviting. I felt like I was part of a community that truly valued and appreciated the art of yoga sculpt. Unfortunately, since I’m only a class passer, I don’t have any ties to the studio, but I hope that will change in the future. I’m already looking forward to seeing Kiya more often at this location.

I am seeing amazing results with a more toned body. Her focus on breathwork and meditation perfectly rounds out every class. Highly recommended!
