visa alla recensionerThis was my first time ever on a reformer and Cristina was extremely helpful and hands-on. She helped make sure I was doing okay and even adjusted the springs to my liking. She was always making sure we had the correct form and would help you adjust if you didn’t. This class, and Cristina, helped ease my anxiety when using a reformer and I’m excited to try it again. Very beginner friendly!
