visa alla recensionerOkay so this was my first time at Bodyrok and I want to give an honest review for anyone interested. I’ve gone to Hili, F45, and Jetset before. I love the space. The bathrooms and the waiting area are immaculate. The girls up front were amazing. The reformer is easy to understand and clean. I love the classes and how they target specific muscles. The moves are even listed on a screen in the back. LOVE. The instructor was very nice but there wasn’t much in modifications which is okay but be comfortable and confident in asking if you need one and don’t know how. I wish the music was louder personally but not really a downside just personal preference. Lol overall 8/10 for a first time and would definitely come again to try some more instructors and classes !

Very restorative and gentle while also pushing your flexibility and mental stability. Lisa also had lovely opening words about opening your heart center that made me tear up and deep rooting deep during shavasana that felt so grounding. Will be back anytime I need a more intentional yoga moment in my day.

He was encouraging, respectful, and gave space to rest or modify when needed. My back and body felt so much better after class, and I left feeling amazing. I can’t wait to come back.

The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The movements progressively got more difficult, so if the movement was too difficult you could always go back to the movement before. The environment was very calm and full of positive energy. Great class, would recommend giving it a try!

I also enjoy very structured classes, but all the instructors are a little different, so it really depends on who you go to since some of them push you a little harder. Some of them have a different vibe, so you just have to try out different instructors.

visa alla recensioneri really enjoyed this class with erica. it was my first time at this studio & it felt very welcoming! erica had all the supplies we would need for the class laid out (support blocks, eye mask, blanket, strap thing) & they didn’t charge for borrowing the yoga mat. it was ultra ultra relaxing & erica truly takes the time to personalize this experience, by massaging the shoulders & scalp during certain stretches. 100/10 this is exactly what i needed this day!
