visa alla recensionerFlow was challenging but Susan is great at troubleshooting for students and would even help to boost the students. But if your arm strength is not proportional to your weight, be prepared to struggle! (There is only so much the instructor can help with)

I would liken Justin’s style as a mix of somatic movement, classical pilates adapted with props, and an exploration of what your body can achieve in a relaxed state. Would love an overlay of fluidity after the basics but I think the sequence of exercises was very suited to the clients in the class.
