visa alla recensionerAwesome class, as always. I've attended a few of Stephanie's Scupt classes and she always offers a great workout with amazing energy and positivity. Her routines, while varied, are generally heavier on core with lighter weights, which can be a perfect strength combo to alternate with other instructors (Jennifer for instance generally goes heavier on weights and Heidi is the queen of balance exercises).

visa alla recensionerThe instructors are so knowledgeable and kind, especially Leyla! The women’s locker room is clean and stocked. I appreciate the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as the towels! I love the cold towels at the end of each session. I feel so pampered here.

visa alla recensionerLucy offered clear cues and great explanations behind each exercise, which made it easy to understand the intention and stay connected throughout the class. She maintained a nice, slow, steady pace and a smooth flow from start to finish. At times she participated in the workout alongside us, so there was less hands-on correction around the room—but overall it was still a really enjoyable class. The space is very open with light, calming music, and I loved that there were no mirrors—it really allowed you to connect more deeply to your body awareness and proprioception.

She would come by and check form and gently correct. The studio is fully equipped, clean, fresh with AC, felt comfortable. I would love to take another class here and with Heather again!
