visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed Wei’s flow today. Her cues were faster than I am used to (which is a nice change) and it was a good challenge for my mind and body. I deeply appreciated her philosophical morsels of wisdom, which have me still reflecting on them after class. Bravo. Also, my first time visiting the Costa Mesa location (I am a Long Beach regular). A joy to see Jaden at the front desk. I’ll be back for sure!

visa alla recensionerIt doesn’t matter if it’s Mat or Reformer, Destany’s classes are always SOOO good! Her flows are thoughtful, intentional, and always leave me feeling stronger. The view during the mat classes is spectacular and makes the experience even better. Highly recommend! 11/10
