You definitely can hear everyone coming in and out as other reviews say, but it didn’t bother me much at all, I just turned on some meditation music and focused on that. It’s definitely a splurge, but one I would say is absolutely worth it. Seemed to be extremely helpful with relieving my migraine as well as sore and achey muscles.

visa alla recensionerOverall this space is great and I love the services they provide. I came in to use the sauna and red light therapy. I was happy to see the size or the sauna was 2-3 person, so it gives you just enough space to lay down, stretch, and do some lymphatic massage. They provide a massage gym which is so nice. I lived they they provided a shower, though that space is all black and a little hard to see in there. I do wish they would provide hair conditioner and a body balm or lotion for after the shower. Some basic skincare products were provided, like rash cleaners, toner, face oil and face moisturizer which was nice. If you have dry hair/skin I’d recommend bringing a conditioner/leave in conditioner and a body lotion to your visit. Next time I wanna do it all, sauna, facial, hair cut. Very cool space!

visa alla recensionerFront staff was very nice and helpful. Sauna got really hot. I dont recommend setting it to max for 40 mins. 😅. Woman said 145 is a good place to keep it. I will try that next time. They provide you with 4 towels but only one of them is large so I recommend bringing your own. They have Hulu, Netflix, and YouTube on the tv for you as well. Overall great experience.

visa alla recensionerI’m so glad I found out about this place. Amazing atmosphere! Brooke was extremely kind and sweet as well and friendly and courteous. Can’t believe I didn’t know of this place earlier. The cold plunge/ sauna experience was pretty wild and awesome. Very nice that there’s a shower in the room as well. All the amenities that you need. Brooke even offered a second towel as well as water supplements. I will definitely return and I highly recommend!

Clean facility with all sorts of wellness options to choose from. The sauna was shared with another person I went with and it was enough room for both of us. The sauna has Bluetooth speakers so you can connect your device. The only thing is that I didn’t know if I could use the salt Clearlight in the room because I wasn’t informed. Other than that, great experience and worth the credits used.

The place is clean and the therapy dog is so calm and he brings you a ball to play while you wait. I met Dr Mann and she is so warm and inviting!
