visa alla recensionerThe instructor was very knowledgeable and professional. There were classmates at different levels and she was able to accommodate everyone. It was nice to see the progression from a couple days to years of training. She corrected my form and gave me tips to improve without wrist and muscle strain. I will definitely train at this studio again! definitely recommend trying their different classes and be sure to check the required and suggested attire.

The instructor Natalie was amazing—super helpful, corrected form when needed, and somehow made me feel comfortable while I flailed around like a weird earthworm on a pole attempting a rainbow kick.
