Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but he was fantastic. I tried the Mito Red Light Therapy Full Body Panels and the Normatec Compression Therapy, and I’m hooked! My legs feel so much lighter, and the red light therapy had a calming effect on my entire body. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I’ll definitely be going back.

visa alla recensionerI’ve had many lymphatic massages before but it was my first time having it here. Swan Day Spa was clean, and offered so many services. I had my massage with Linda, and although she did not give me entirely what I wanted (a soft, gentle lymphatic massage) she gave me what I needed. She assessed where I was tight and sore and what needed a detox and went to work. I won’t lie, there were moments where it was indeed very painful, but I knew this was for the better; that isn’t to say she wasn’t gentle during other parts if the massage—there were also times I felt incredibly relaxed and good. Whenever it got too painful I would let her know and she would adjust. She really took care of me and wanted to help me out and she did just that, because I feel much more looser, lighter, and energetic for sure. I was also very impressed with her use of the hot stones as well, I signed up for a membership too. Just be sure to communicate before and during the massage, you are in good hands.
