visa alla recensionerKelly is really great with modifications for injuries, and she's also great at teaching you how to do something you've never done before. for example, I thought that I simply couldn't do camel pose. every single time I tried to do it I just got light-headed. she taught me how to work slowly into the pose in the proper way and it doesn't make me light-headed anymore. usually lol
