visa alla recensionerIt was my first classpass i’ve done and i loved it! Maria was so welcoming from the start. I felt like I was able to follow along the best i could and there was no judgment when i had to pace myself and slow my body down a bit. She encourages you through the class in a very empowering way and it gives you energy to keep going! It’s beginner friendly if you allow yourself to listen to your body and go at your own pace when you need it. If you’re a dancer/already active i don’t think you’ll have a problem keeping up.
