visa alla recensionerI took the 5:30pm class with Louisa. I rented some gloves when I got there, and Louisa helped me put on my wraps. Louisa was helpful, and she and the class were high energy, high intensity. I think all levels are welcome, just go at your own pace. No shoes allowed on the mat, and lockers available in the back.
