visa alla recensionerI enjoy taking care of my body and mind, this 40 minutes lets me sink into another world. Clean location and easy to find. Tons of parking free and paid, depending on the time more than likely have to pay during peak times. Staff is so friendly. I spilled water all over the bathroom floor, everyone was super nice and assured me that it was just an accident. I hate that I made a mess! Love this place and will come back again and again.

I was a bit nervous about going to West Oakland, but the area felt safe and welcoming—it was clean, had other businesses nearby, including a hair salon, and a friendly receptionist at the front. The massage itself was excellent. The therapist was knowledgeable, and the sports massage felt both effective and relaxing.

visa alla recensionerThey were very nice and provided a robe and towels, and the sauna is in a private room. They were very busy and the sauna unfortunately was not turned on early enough. They let me stay as long as I liked, but it took 45 minutes to reach 105 and it never really got very hot even after 90 minutes (or as hot as I am used to in infrared saunas).
