She gave minor adjustment cues that helped to feel more connected to the pose. I appreciate an instructor who connects with each student in class. Loved the breath work and shavasana at the end

visa alla recensionerThe class was great! it was my first time taking a cycling class - I arrived early, and was given a tour by the friendly gal at the front desk. Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!

visa alla recensionerGreat class for someone first time or someone advanced looking for a great workout. The instructors were great and quickly got me sized up and ready to go. Definitely try to get there at least 15/20minutes before hand so you can physically be prepared and mentally be ready. It was a great workout and I can’t wait to try it again
