First time to this Orchard studio and the layout will take a bit of time to get used to, the room is narrow and long so the reformers are quite close together. Good thing is there are mirrors on all sides, left, right and the front.

Yup, this this is one of the class/instructor I would highly recommend. visa alla recensionervery chill & relatively easy class~ space is clean! instructor was friendly & observant! it was a small class hence there was many corrections for forms which i rlly appreciate! virati also took the time to explain the correct ideal form & even pointed out how my friend could do better with a different set up which nobody has ever told him which i thought was impressive! however, i thought the instructions could be better sequenced & the counting were a little too fast. Also, due to space constraint, there is no waiting area only a small bench outside the studio. ): i thought that is something that could be worked on, because people who come early have to stand waiting outside for the prev class to end!

Unlike other franchise studios where they just rush through without proper form, she actually takes the time to explain everything—even down to the different types of grips for each apparatus. Truly impressed! 💯 This is easily one of the best Pilates studios I’ve tried in Singapore. Classes are kept very small, so everyone gets personalized attention and proper posture correction.
