But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. Equipment such as mats, dumbbells, weights and bars were made available to you. Great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back!

visa alla recensionerThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

visa alla recensionerAngelo is a very experienced dancer and teacher, who clearly knows what he is doing and has had lots of additional qualifications (for example royal ballet school). As per usual my weakness (centre work and turns) made some exercises really hard for me. I also know it always takes some time to get used to a teaching style so I was expecting the first class to be tough - i would def say this class is more intermediate than beginners (as stated in description). I do think taking this class regularly will improve my skills though - so I will come back to try again. I would advise to wear layers for warm up in the winter months, and to bring some resin for your shoes as the floor is quite smooth (the resin in the studio appeared to be empty). The studio was clean (love the no shoes policy) and the rest of the group seemed nice and welcoming.

visa alla recensionerStudio joliment décoré. Le cours a été mené par une remplaçante, ce n’était donc pas Yoga Strala. La professeure remplaçante a proposé un cours de Hatha plutôt fondation/debutant avec beaucoup de démonstrations, d’explications et d’options. Au final un cours pas très fluide mais très adapté pour des personnes débutants dans la pratique. Je reviendrais donc pour tester le Yoga strala une autre fois et j’ai en tout cas beaucoup de apprécié l’accueil et le sourire de cette professeur ! (A noter il faisait assez froid dans le studio donc pour un Savasana paisible prenez bien de bonnes chaussettes et un pull confortable !)

visa alla recensionerJo is such a an amazing teacher, he is not only a devoted teacher but a very skillful one. There is no doubt one can progress fast attending his classes regularly. I read the reviews before attending his classes and am surprised to find one or two reviews complaining the class is too hard. It is rather pathetic to rate down a class due to one’s own inability to dance. Unsurprisingly the regulars of the classes can keep up with the cues because of regular practice under a good teacher. Those who cannot keep up should know it is not the teacher to be blamed.

Ce cours de 2 ème niveau permet de voir tout de même à quoi peut ressembler la danse classique. Il s’agit surtout de copier les mouvements des autres dans ce cours là.
