visa alla recensionerGreat class with Karrie - slower pace overall but I liked that. She gave precise instructions and helped us focus on core activation, form and pelvic lift. I definitely felt like I had worked out but without the pace, and my muscles are pleasantly alert today. It was also great to focus on proper form as one of the basic principles of Pilates. Would come again!

La chorée n’était pas simple pour un ultra-débutant qui n’a jamais dansé sur talon mais ça le fait quand même car le résultat à la fin est dingue. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Juste petit bémol que le cours soit 100% en anglais mais c’est facile à comprendre et à suivre (au cas où s’il y a des gens qui ne comprennent pas du tout l’anglais).

visa alla recensionerMan kommt bei den Übungen sehr gut mit, da toll erklärt wird, worauf man achten muss und was dabei nicht der Fall sein sollte. Trainerin schaut aufmerksam mit und korrigiert bzw weist darauf hin. Find ich als Anfängerin super, um alles korrekt zu lernen. Lisa baut auch immer paar Späße ein und fühlt mit, wenn man kurz vorm Aufgeben ist, dann kommt der nötige Push :D

visa alla recensionerClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

visa alla recensionerThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

visa alla recensionerStudio joliment décoré. Le cours a été mené par une remplaçante, ce n’était donc pas Yoga Strala. La professeure remplaçante a proposé un cours de Hatha plutôt fondation/debutant avec beaucoup de démonstrations, d’explications et d’options. Au final un cours pas très fluide mais très adapté pour des personnes débutants dans la pratique. Je reviendrais donc pour tester le Yoga strala une autre fois et j’ai en tout cas beaucoup de apprécié l’accueil et le sourire de cette professeur ! (A noter il faisait assez froid dans le studio donc pour un Savasana paisible prenez bien de bonnes chaussettes et un pull confortable !)
