Nino was an AWESOME instructor, super welcoming and fun vibe and did a great job of explaining and demonstrating exercises. Will return!

visa alla recensionerI always have a great time in Coach Dina's class! She will work you out hard and make you sweat, so make sure to stretch! Separately, I wonder who chooses what is on the TVs in the women's locker room (clearly not a woman). Maybe they can switch it up or not have all screens on the same BS? Lastly, "influencers" in the locker room with tripods is uncomfortable AF. Best kept secret: THE SAUNA! But bring your own towels!

visa alla recensionerThe class was great and a good pace, but the instructor was not very beginner friendly. There was minimal explanation or demo and overall Georgia was not very encouraging. However, overall I enjoyed the circuit. The gym is great and really clean!
