visa alla recensionerFirst time trying Barre, liked it. Worked up a good sweat, had a full body workout, great stretch, and a nice variety of resistance training. The instructor was great! It seemed like she could teach the class in her sleep. Music was a little loud to hear over, but not gonna knock off a star for that. Sometimes I like it loud and pumped, just had a little trouble following as the first class. Overall, good experience!
