visa alla recensionerIncredible class! I really liked the lesson format. We introduced ourselves so the instructor could get familiar with our levels. There was a warm up and some conditioning. Then we learned tricks/spins. They were built/stacked on each other until it made a combination. I really appreciated that because I have a difficult time transitioning between steps and knowing how to put steps into a routine. The instructor was very friendly and made an effort to learn everyone’s name. She circled around the room to give individual attention. I’ll definitely be back, thank you!

Be prepared to go barefoot!🦶 warm up straight away with running and then learning the basics of the kicks and punches. It really is a fully body workout. According to my Apple Watch I burned a little over 500 calories. Glad I came with my friend because some moves require that you are paired up. I would come again forsure, as a plus size person over 300lbs I didn’t feel like I couldn’t do it, there were other beginners in the class too.
