visa alla recensionerThis club aligns perfectly with my preferences. The class was indeed intense, as described, but it left me eager for more. The female staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The instructor tailored each workout to accommodate individual needs, so don't hesitate to participate. The facility is well-designed, featuring a mini store at the front and a workout area in the back. The entire space is immaculately clean, and I will certainly return, given its proximity to my workplace.

visa alla recensionerI really liked that it wasn’t a fast-paced class rushing to each station like most of the fitness classes out there today. It was very much move at your own pace, but with a lot of instruction and correction on form, which is great. Loved the female-only small class. Loved that the instructor tailored a workout based on who was there and our energy level.

visa alla recensionerGood class, good facility, and super easy parking. This is definitely no ordinary run of the mill boxing gym. The first half of class included shadow boxing drills, then followed by light sparring work. The coach was solid. He wants you to learn; this isn’t just a fitness class. My only issue with the class was that it started late and is not an hour class - you need to allot 90 minutes or more. I had to leave at the hour mark but would have loved to see through a full class.
