visa alla recensionerRose was AMAZING! She explained how to get on and off the bike and what everything was prior to starting. Then, we were off to the races! She made it interactive and fun, incorporating pushups, “army crawls”, and arm workouts. I was sweating so much but the tempo and playlist were fire that I didn’t feel tired until the end. I will definitely be back!

The energy from start to finish is incredible, and Sam does an amazing job keeping everyone motivated and engaged throughout the entire workout. He creates a fun, challenging, and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back every week. The space is great, the vibe is always positive, and you can tell how much effort and passion he puts into every class. Highly recommend taking Shreds with Sam.

Lauren @ the front desk was so kind and helpful with local recommendations, and any instructor who can successfully incorporate Celine Dion, Smashmouth, and Return of the Mack into the same class gets an A+ in my book. Cute book swap area, clean showers, great amenities.
