visa alla recensionerI think she was a calming instructor. Her flow was hard for sure but it at times was a little choppy or advanced for the students in class. Everyone looked pretty rough and confused for some of it. My body feels really good and refreshed after so I give it 5 stars. And I like her energy a lot. I just think the flow and cues could be more well thought out for the clientele. Spending 5 minutes at the beginning of class talking about your hands and feet and how they should feel during yoga just didn’t really land

visa alla recensionerCasey’s class is always great and well sequenced!!!! .There has been a guy coming to a lot of the morning classes who is doing what I think he thinks is ujjayi breathing but is not. It’s really distracting all of class (it sounds like constant loud snoring) - a few of the other students have made comments as well. Not a reflection on any of the classes or the studio, it just makes it more difficult to enjoy/relax.

They offer great verbal cues/ adjustments that help strengthen my poses, and Collyn offers amazing hands on adjustments. visa alla recensionerI can’t say enough good things about this class! AND THE INSTRUCTOR. She’s legit and the best part is how she instructs. She gives lots of modifiers so that it’s good for all levels. I also love that she gives useful hands on assist and keeps the poses and flows to good and traditional. Sometimes I feel like some yoga instructors get “too creative” where the flows are more about looking cool and less about connecting with your body. As such I super love this instructor and class! Highly recommend .

Both for her ability to teach this class completely on the fly, and her very welcoming and fun teaching style! I'm definitely a fan and looking forward to her classes now too.
