visa alla recensionerThe class was great! Very relaxing and slow, just what I needed from a yin class! The studio itself is kind of hard to find. I went to the sauna entrance on accident and it was a whole kerfuffle. The door that says Rooted Heart in huge letters right above it is for the sauna business and the yoga studio is an unmarked door to the right of that. Very confusing!

visa alla recensionerThis class felt much more intermediate than beginner to me, as someone with very little to no dance background. The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.
