Needless to say the vibes were awesome, also this was a super challenging workout but I felt great afterwards! The cold essential oil scented towel at the end makes it worth it. The intro class’s pace is slower than other studios which I really appreciate. I’m not a beginner but took a long break so this was a nice refresher! Reminder to arrive 10 mins before class start and check for the access code! Parking is easily accessible in the same building and validated.
