visa alla recensionerI’ve been searching for a good yoga studio that offers classes after 7 and it’s been discouraging BUT I finally found this studio and could not be happier! They have large rooms with high ceilings! The space is so comfy and calming. I’ve been to a few classes with different instructors and everyone’s been amazing but Kelsi is definitely my favorite! She guides the class so well and she’s very attentive. Happy to have found my place!😌

visa alla recensionerEveryone was nice and welcoming for this first-first timer (get there early!). You buy wraps and rent gloves if you need them and they help you wrap. Parking is busy/challenging during the day on this street! This class is four stations that you rotate through and you do a couple of other rotating sets at the end. If you don’t know anything about boxing combinations, footwork, or even how to punch, you’re gonna be lost. $ean was really nice and helpful when I flagged him down. But my perception was that this is a class for peeps who are familiar with how to box. Don’t be shy—no one is paying attention to you and all you have to watch for is if you’re sharing a bag with someone and you have to take turns hitting. Fun and goes fast! So sweaty!

Chris was really wonderful at helping me navigate the exercises and what worked/didn’t work for me .. with little tweaks and adjustments, it was fantastic. There’s a nice down to earth presence in the gym, it’s a clean space, and was perfect as a first timer. Def going back!
