visa alla recensionerGreat music, instructor was great. It was a great first class back after a month off. Slow was great to focus on correct form, but still challenging in the poses used. We has a few poses i hadn’t tried before which i prefer. I like diversity in the flow and some other classes just default to the same moves over and over.
