visa alla recensionerUnexpected, in a good way. Thought it would be more of a typical “follow along” format, but this was very educational. I liked how Katrina used the tv and walked around with a book showing diagrams of the various pressure points, explaining their purposes. She provided guidance and came to help everyone make adjustments, but also let us move in our own ways to ensure we were getting what we needed. This was not a “relaxing” class for me, but more like “deep tissue” sports recovery where it’s almost painful working the pressure points, but I felt 10x better after. I haven’t seen other classes like this and think it’s a great offering.
