For those who have not yet had the pleasure of getting to know Dennis, he states this in a lot of classes, but do not be alarmed - He is not sick, He just has a deviated nose septum. This class is the best way to wind down from a crazy week and provide your body with the reset. We all desperately need. THANK YOU DENNIS 🙏🏻

visa alla recensionerI tried Erin’s sculpt class for the first time today and I will definitely be back. Spicy in a good way and Erin was very welcoming and fun. She provided modifications for beginners and also advanced with heavier weights and ankle weights, etc.

visa alla recensionerThis was my second time doing Hot Power Fusion with Ash and she really does an excellent job of communicating and making sure we are in alignment throughout the class which helps me feel confident to keep going when it gets challenging. If you are a beginner, she is very supportive and makes you want to come back!

visa alla recensionerRosie was SO amazing and encouraging! I've taken one class here before and the heat was tolerable, but this one got SUPER hot and humid. I think I heard her mention it went up to 113 at one point! Me and my friend do hot yoga sculpt twice a week and love it but if you're sensitive to dizziness I would say this one might be a bit intense for most. If you want a crazy challenge, go for it! Such a good energy from everyone at this studio both times I've been. 🫶🏻

There are instructors out there in the wild that don’t have the IT factor like Eva does. Her Hot Yoga class has become part of my routine weekly on Wednesday mornings at 6am.

He makes you feel comfortable by offering modifications and alternatives for different levels, while still encouraging you to challenge yourself. I left feeling stronger, lighter, and so refreshed. His class was especially great for getting me back into yoga, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone new to yoga or looking to deepen their practice. Can’t wait for my next class! 🧘🏻♀️

A few tweaks would have made the class great: if we’re holding static poses for multiple breaths don’t cue that we’re going to flow as it’s contradictory; when offering an advanced modification, offer it on the first side to ensure balance on both sides; cue that we’ll take a last breath together rather than “one more breath (pause), breathe in and out and now rise” as it was confusing.

Due to the small class size, Nicole had the time to give me feedback on my poses to ensure I positioned myself correctly. This was my first time implementing pilates into my workout routine as I only have been attending yoga classes before. However, I appreciate the introduction of pilates into today's workout. I would definitely return here as I found that yogalates further helps develop my flexibility and core strength.
