visa alla recensionerThe hardest Pilates class I’ve ever taken but it was sooo good!! Absolutely love the instructor she corrected form for everyone! Clear instructions. Also, ocean view!!! Only downside is parking, I’d recommend an extra ten mins for parking I went Friday 12pm so maybe that’s why. Love this class!!!!

It’s nice to see they practice what they preach considering it is such a challenging hot yoga class. Every time I take class at radiant I have a massive serotonin boost for the rest of the day!!

Her Ra Strength is a perfect blend of vinyasa and strength exercises, without being too cardio heavy (I prefer this when it comes to a strength / yoga blend class). Music was great as well and overall attitude was super positive and friendly. I’ll be back for her classes.

It was a small class and she took the time to help me with adjustments and help me get a deeper stretch and to understand the muscles that were being targeted. I learned so much. The workout was perfect and it was a good combination and variety of stretch and body weight strength positions. The pace of the class was good too. I recommend taking her classes.

visa alla recensionerRupesh is very nice and welcoming! He wasn’t shy to give feedback which was refreshing since I feel like I never see HPF instructors giving feedback anymore. I like that he played instrumental traditional music as well. Many classes now play music with like an EDM kind of feel or perhaps pop or hip hop is the word to describe it but I enjoyed the vibe of Rupesh’s class. It was also on the hotter side which is something I enjoyed!

visa alla recensionerRosanna’s class was the most challenging sculpt class I’ve done (in a good way) - I burned twice the amount of cals I usually do! Incredible workout. Although for someone who’s been doing corepower sculpt for years, this sequence was unusually hard on the knees - I’ve never had knee pain before so wanted to call that out. I’d say doing the jumping lunge mountain climbers 4 different times was a bit overkill but loved everything else!!
