visa alla recensionerLoved Ellen's class! It was challenging, but still very manageable with modifications. I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

visa alla recensionerReally fun first ever hip hop class with a super encouraging teacher, Theo. I was nervous being from ballet. I thought it would be a train wreck but I was wrong. I will definitely come back. I like that he gave the names of the moves so I can practice at home. And, he used counts instead of tee tak a ta. He also taught more advanced things like where to look and arms that I’ll work on later. It’s great for everyone.

visa alla recensionerSo much fun! I 💜 BTS so I immediately signed up when I saw it. The teacher is funny, has great energy and is very welcoming. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!
