The classes are challenging without being intimidating, and I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing. She is knowledgeable, encouraging and always make you feel comfortable, no matter your fitness level. I leave every class feeling stronger, more energised and honestly just really good!
