It wax also one of the harder classes Ive taken but they were patient and provided mods. As a bigger girl they never made me feel like I didn’t belong . I definitely recommend and I’ll be back!

visa alla recensionerThe workout was good and beginner friendly, but I wish there was more of a challenge. It’s a bit expensive for the credits too (given studio size and amenities) so I’d recommend going if they reduce it to 12-13 credits.

visa alla recensionerThe instructor is very friendly. I wish there were some visuals like videos for the forms and positions instead of verbal instructions most of the time. Maybe because it was my first time so I had to constantly look at my neighbors for the forms, other students are familiar with the flow and forms.
