He advised against it as my hair was damaged already and didn’t want to damage it further. He suggested a different tone based on my complexion and the current health of my hair. I trusted him fully and I’m in LOVE with the results! My hair has never been as soft after a color job. He was even accommodating to me moving up my appointment to an earlier time.
