She took time breaking down the steps to breathing movement which was 1000% needed because I felt an amazing difference when I performed the routine. Being able to breakdown and know the technicality is what I appreciate as a new dancer trying to learn and grow!!! She had a perfect balance of breaking it down and also allowing us to practice the full out routine! Her bubbly and warming personality made it even more fun! Loved that she now offers a noon class!!! I can’t wait to be back!!! 🥰🤍🤍

visa alla recensionerGreat class! It was challenging but not overwhelmingly so, especially for someone like me who has a bit of pilates experience but hasn't worked out in a while. The instructor was kind too and the other students were welcoming and supportive. I already feel sore lol! Also - they provide mats and blocks so you don't need to bring your own. I'd definitely go back!

I was anxious to say the least. However, by the end of class most, if not all, of my nerves had melted away because of such a perfect class experience. The teacher was absolutely lovely - very attentive & experienced- gave great feedback & critiques along with encouragement through literal every single part of class. I signed up for next week’s class as soon as this one was done!

I really loved that he started us out with basic moves to get the feeling of the dance and then worked up to a short routine that allowed individual expression. Aje handled the situation with grace, and I still learned a thing or two. If you’re familiar with first, second, fourth and fifth positions, port de bras and chaines turns, maybe level up.
