You can tell they genuinely care about helping people get better, regardless of their fitness level. The energy here is raw, authentic, and unlike anything I’ve experienced at other gyms. It feels like a true community where everyone pushes each other to improve. The atmosphere is supportive, motivating, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The programming is excellent, the coaching is top-notch, and the music is always on point. Every workout feels purposeful and challenging in the best way possible. There’s lockers, showers, toiletries, hair ties, and q tips. There are towels when u get to the treadmill and weight space and you don’t have to clean the machine when you’re done.     Slow Burn Hot Mat Pilates

    Ive been doing pilates for a while now but this was my first time taking a heated class. I was intimidated going in and immediately realized that this class is NO JOKE! The studio (beautiful btw) is close to 100° which was definitely overwhelming in the beginning, but by the end of class I felt really, really great. Just be prepared to sweat. A LOT . Eddie's sequence was a good mix of classical mat pilates moves with the standard props. Bonus points that he's funny and animated which definitely helps to keep morale up while laying in a puddle of your own sweat. I liked this class a lot more than I expected- I will definitely be back!

    REAL HOT STRENGTH

    Super welcoming and friendly staff! Studio is so clean and organized. The instructor was very helpful with form and her sequences were challenging in a good way! Would definitely recommend this studio and class to anyone ready for a challenge and different pace in yoga sculpt classes :)
