visa alla recensionerI love Kaitlyn's classes. Today especially fun. Great heat and we moved at a slower strong pace. It was playful with optional arm balances. I love that there is never any pressure and you get what you need. I always feel alignment is important in her classes. Also I always feel like I take away a nugget of something special mentally. A beautiful phrase, mantra. Something good for my soul! Thank Kaitlyn for a wonderful class today.

visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed this class with Alison. She gave great adjustments, was kind and welcoming, and gave clear anatomically accurate cueing. As an advanced practitioner/teacher visiting from out of town, I felt comfortable in the serene space, I’m sure a brand new practitioner would feel equally comfortable as Alison seems to have a deep grasp of what she teaches. Mat rental was only $2 for a high end Lifeforme. I’ll be sure to visit again on my next visit to the city!

visa alla recensionerI love love love this studio! There is one instructor I am not the biggest fan of (not Monica and I won’t name drop) but other than that Free to Be may be my favorite. Lizzie is the best! Highly recommend this studio. It’s very clean and welcoming. I like that the instructors make an effort to know your name and assist you. The flow and structure of the class match my speed. There is no pressure but strong encouragement to push yourself which I appreciate. I love the cool towel at the end too :)

She was incredibly sweet, informative, and attentive throughout the entire class. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with each movement.
