The trainer was fantastic—very friendly, encouraging, and super helpful throughout the class. They made sure I was comfortable and always checked in to ensure I was doing everything correctly. I definitely felt supported the whole time. I’ll be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

visa alla recensionerThis was a great flow class, it is definitely for all levels, but as someone coming back to practice after a bunch of time off - I loved being in the no shame, listen to your body mindset! While there was an option for inversions that many took, just as many were listening to their bodies or current skill level. This is a fast paced class, not focused on perfecting form but on movement and healthy challenge! The music was great and Jimena used it beautifully to segment the class! I would recommend having a rudimentary knowledge of yoga before coming. All in all, a wonderful experience in a beautiful space! Thank you!

When I came out of class, I was like oh my gosh I couldn't balance… And she assured me that with more practice it definitely gets better. Nice and heated but not too hot! Not saying a beginner couldn't go to this class, but I feel like you have to have some knowledge of yoga before doing this class. I really enjoyed it.
