visa alla recensionerI love Kaitlyn's classes. Today especially fun. Great heat and we moved at a slower strong pace. It was playful with optional arm balances. I love that there is never any pressure and you get what you need. I always feel alignment is important in her classes. Also I always feel like I take away a nugget of something special mentally. A beautiful phrase, mantra. Something good for my soul! Thank Kaitlyn for a wonderful class today.

visa alla recensionerI tried the cryo session for the first time ever and it was cool (pun intended) ! The employee who checked me in gave me a clear explanation of how to do it, what the options are for temperature/time etc. She was very patient with me when I had some questions about if the door locks (it does not lock), and irrational fears about getting stuck in there, if they would forget I was in there…anyhow I appreciated her listening to me and really with no judgement that I could detect. You wear your own clothes but use their socks and slippers. You can listen to music on headphones they provide. I will be back for an additional session and maybe try the hyperbaric chamber🧡🔮💫
