visa alla recensionerMarquela is a great instructor! She’s light hearted but serious in a good way. This class was tough for me. If you’re used to Vinyasa this was super different and difficult. I wouldn’t say it’s great for beginners but I think you can catch up after a few classes. Don’t eat before and bring plenty of COLD water.
