I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

visa alla recensionerI really liked this class because it was slow enough for me to stay in control and focus on engaging the right muscles. In some other EQUAL classes, the pace is a bit too fast for me, which makes it harder to focus on my technique.

visa alla recensionerI enjoyed her class so much that I decided to stay for the Vinyasa class afterwards, which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, a woman came in who seemed very angry and immediately started complaining about the music and things around her. She brought a large bag into the studio and kept rummaging through it during the class, which was quite distracting and affected the atmosphere. I completely understand that a yoga studio should be a safe and welcoming space for everyone, but it is also a shared space. Yoga is also about awareness, respect and consideration for the people around us. She mentioned that she was a yoga teacher herself, which made the behaviour even more surprising to me. The teacher handled the situation incredibly well — calmly, professionally and with so much patience. I genuinely admired the way she dealt with it, because I’m not sure I would have been able to handle it with the same grace! Despite the disruption, she remained completely focused on creating a beautiful class for everyone else. ❤️

visa alla recensionerThis was my first time at this studio, or doing somatic yoga, and I can't say enough good things - the space was calming and clean, absolutely perfect 'ambiance' for a class like that/yoga studio, the instructor had such a calming/grounded but still warm energy (even managed to make cats yowling outside a funny but not disturbing part of the class..) and I felt so welcomed, both as a first timer and to come back. The somatic class was so deeply relaxing - I felt more connected to and grounded within my body than I had in MONTHS, and still was feeling noticeably more relaxed/less on edge and calmer the next day. (As someone with ADHD, my nervous system can get overloaded fairly easily, and I really struggle to reset - I think this class may become one of my new secret weapons for addressing/helping with that) The instructor even mentioned there is someone who comes regularly who doesn't even enjoy the class (I did) but continues coming because he sleeps so well & deeply after/it improves the quality of his sleep so noticeably!! I will definitely be looking for more classes with them now that fit my schedule/interests :)

visa alla recensionerFantastische les! In het begin moest ik even wennen aan het wat meer ‘zweverige’ gedeelte en de bijzondere oefeningen, maar als je je ervoor openstelt is het echt heerlijk. Ik kwam binnen met flinke spierpijn en ging zoveel vrijer, lichter en ontspannen weer naar buiten. Echt een hele fijne ervaring en kan het iedereen aanraden die teveel in het hoofd zit.

The exercises were really good for a medium intense training of the core, belly and legs.
