I love that Sara offers a lot of verbal cues and support, and many options for adjustment - all in a calm motivating way. You can tell she knows a lot about anatomy and has a yoga background, which I think is a positive combination with pilates practice. I always leave feeling great and looking forward to my next class, so thanks!

Bianka is great because she’s easy to follow but also she is really nice to first timers and yoga beginners (me lol), helping us with corrections in a way that’s not embarrassing or making you feel shame. Will definitely return as I loved it!

visa alla recensionerGreat instructors and lessons but the amenities need to be updated. More than once there hasn’t been any soap in the showers so you end up waiting for them to replenish it and they can’t come inside the locker rooms if people are inside/changing. You end up waiting for a while which isn’t ideal if you have to get to work straight after. Also, the door handle in one of the bathroom stalls is loose and came off when trying to open it from the inside so I was trapped until someone informed me you can wiggle the handle back in (but what if no one was in the lockers? Youd be stuck inside 😅) so overall, great classes but K/C PLEASE be more consistent with having the soap refilled and the door handles checked.

visa alla recensionerAndreas is probably the most authentic yoga teacher who class I’ve been to. It would be nice if his voice could be a bit lower and softer as sometimes when you’re in a relaxed state it can wake you up or feel too loud for the state of mind you’re in, especially during shavasana, but otherwise an excellent class with great yin poses. 🙏🏽

visa alla recensionerDavid's yin class was exactly what I needed after an exhausting week. The breathing exercises at the beginning were intense, but amazing for the nervous system. And I learned a lot of new ways to use props to go deeper into certain stretches. Not a class for those looking to snooze, but definitely a great yin class.

I love her classes: she has this calm but energetic energy, and you can just see she’s so knowledgeable about what she does - she keeps a close eye on everyone’s form and helps me adjust when necessary.
