Het tempo en de intensiteit zijn meestal goed passend en zo niet kun je altijd zelf dit net anders doen. het is een heel fijne manier om de houdingen in te doen met een andere ervaring omdat je in de hangmat wordt ondersteund, maar waarbij je spieren zeker aan het werk worden gezet.

visa alla recensionerWas de eerste keer Aerial yoga. Super leuk om te doen. Door de doeken is het heel fijn voor je gewrichten. En je innerlijke kind/aapje kan zich ook uitleven. Daarnaast is Petra een fijne instructrice die iets wat moeilijk lijkt, makkelijk kan uitleggen :)

Her language is impressive and her physical adjustments delicate, yet effective. The studio is very clean and bright, with a cute area where it's possible to hang out after class with the tea that is served for free.
