The girl at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming. Overall, everything was great—I truly loved my sauna session and will definitely be back when I’m in town.

I've tried floating, red light sauna, and contrast therapy. love them all. the contrast therapy cold plunge was the most difficult. i may try again to see if it gets any easier because I know it can be incredibly beneficial. the spaces are beautiful, clean, and relaxing. it's a great studio and I will definitely be back.
