visa alla recensionerOmg. Trust me. I’m normally claustrophobic but I could do this every day for the rest of my life LOL. Bring your headphones and put in a guided meditation and you won’t even notice the heat. By the time the 45 mins is up your skin will be glowing and you’ll feel incredible when you walk out. Staff is so so so sweet too!!

She was super knowledgeable not just about the sauna offerings and benefits, but also about all of the modalities at the other locations, as well as their wide range of supplement offerings. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could want for a relaxing and detoxifying sauna experience. 11/10, absolutely recommend! :)
