visa alla recensionerThis was a 1.5 class but felt like a level 1. Level 1.5 at my usual studio is a lot more advanced. We use hand weights and plank on the reformer but not this class. The lights were too dimmed for a level 1.5 class. The instructor was very good but not friendly at all.
