    Exactly what I needed today. Warm, positive welcome. Very nice open space and the class was challenging with clean, direct, smooth cues, and helpful adjustments. Will definitely be back!

    A good choose your own challenge, can be as hard or lax as needed for your fitness goals. Personally, it made me feel strong and capable, and I’m rather new on the fitness scene. Instructor was pretty hands off but available for any questions. Will be coming back!
