What sets this apart is the fact that Cooper takes time with people who are doing the class to correct their form, where I noticed a lot of other places don't. I think the general space and atmosphere is also a lot better. I love the fact there is access to a sauna and ice bath. I'll be back!

First time attending and was a little stumped by all the exercises but as we progressed through the three blocks it all made sense and instructors were so helpful at showing us what to do, guiding us through it and giving tips. I also loveeee that you are able to do each exercise at your own pace and not worried about hurrying it up, which means you can focus on your form. Will definitely be returning!
